welcome to the jungle

We will drive into an eco-adventure park, which is in the middle of the jungle and was built in harmony with nature. Have an exciting day with us, action and fun are guaranteed! You will get a briefing in the van about the park and the security arrangements. On the approximately 45-minute tour with the quads through the jungle, you can really accelerate. We offer 2 options, go alone or in pairs on an ATV (especially suitable for the children). Take your age, health, and ability as considerations for which choice you make. The ATV goes over gravel roads, uneven paths, and stones to an open cenote located in the jungle. All of us will have the opportunity to refresh ourselves by jumping in the cool, fresh water.  The brave ones among us can choose to jump from various platforms (maximum 14 meters high). There are also 3 zip lines with a direct jump into the water. After this exciting cool down, we will drive back to the camp, where another underground cenote is waiting for us. You will come to the interior of the cenote via a staircase. Again, there will be the opportunity to jump through a hole in the ceiling of the cenote about 5 meters deep into the cave. There, the mystical underworld of the Maya is waiting for us. Lightly lit, filled with crystal clear water you can swim, zip lining into the water, or have fun in other various ways.

 
After so much action, we will have a short break with a cocktail at the bar. Then we will head into the jungle and climb to a platform high in the jungle, from where we will rush through the jungle via 2 zip lines. Experience pure adrenaline! 

During a subsequent lunch in the park and immortalization at the "Wall of Fame", we will strengthen ourselves for the afternoon with sustenance from the local restaraunt. 

 The subsequent professional videos and photo demonstration from the adventure park in addition to your Santi Tour photos are included in the price. These adventure shots will show you at your best!

Pick up and transfer:

• Pick up at the lobbies of all hotels from Grand Bahia Principe via Playa del Carmen to Valentin Imperial. Please inquire before booking about the location of your hotel
• Hotels in Cancun, Tulum, and Puerto Morelos: Pick up at the meeting point or Colectivo terminal in Playa del Carmen
• The transfer to Playa del Carmen or Puerto Morelos (with the Colectivo shared minivan) can be made by any person staying at any hotel from Cancun or Tulum for about 2 to 3 dollars very easy, safe, and inexpensive. The white Colectivo minivans begins to transit from 5AM in different directions and pass by every 5 to 10 minutes towards Playa del Carmen

Duration of tour:

• The travel time to Eco-Park is about 1 hour from the center of Playa del Carmen (depending on traffic and without pick-ups). Please note this with your tour planning

Attention:

• Driving a quad does not require a driver's license.
  
• For the use of the quads insurance is mandatory (5 USD or 100 MXN payable locally to the park), so that you are not liable for any damage
• The quads are automatic vehicles and not very difficult to use. Nevertheless, you should have enough strength in your arms to steer the machines safely through the jungle. Please do not overestimate your driving skills. Should we see that someone is riding alone on a quad and is very insecure, we will let the guest ride on a tour guide quad for safety reasons. A refund of the difference (quad alone to quad together) does not take place
• Please do not wear rings, big earrings, watches, or other jewelry on this tour for security reasons!
• The tour is accompanied by a photographer who creates a large package of digital photos and sometimes videos. These are included in the tour price and you can get them from the park after the tour on site. Please bring a USB stick, a micro SD card, or an Android phone with cable, so that we can transfer the photos to you on the spot. Taking pictures with your own cameras, Go Pro, or mobile phones is not allowed for safety reasons during the activities (also no helmet - chest arm or similar fixings)
• This tour is not allowed for children under 4! Children from 4 to 11 years only ride in the company of a parent on a quad! Children over the age of 12 are allowed to drive their quads alone, if they have the right driving skills
• Take responsibility for your actions. Parents are responsible for their children and their driving skills!
• You are responsible for the equipment on site and it’s condition
• The length of the tour may vary depending on the length of the activity! As a result, the day trip may be slightly shorter than a full day
• Please bring 2x change clothes! We recommend wearing quick dry clothing. When we switch activities, use coverups for your bathing suits, and another pair of dry adventure clothing.
• You can bring your own equipment (snorkel, mask, fins). Due to Covid-19 we are not allowed anymore to provide this equipment. For a small price you can get a snorkel from us and take it home as a souvenir
• The tour can usually take place even in bad weather and rain (not thunderstorms) 
• We kindly ask you to protect our reefs, cenotes and animals by avoiding sunscreen. They have a big impact of the damage of nature, even if it's biodegradable. Please use special Lycra shirts with UV protection instead
• This tour is a full day tour! The return time to Playa del Carmen is around 4 PM to 5 PM  (depending on traffic, weather, events, etc). However, we cannot guarantee this
